Security
Security is a major issue for us in London and one in which I have been closely involved.
I chaired the 7 July Review Committee, the only public inquiry into the 7 July 2005 bombings in London, the report of which has been downloaded over 250,000 times since publication.

I have also produced a report promoting business continuity to small businesses entitled ‘Prepared For The Worst?’ Small businesses are the lifeblood of the capital and play a vital role in what makes London so distinctive and varied. Yet most small businesses are chronically under-prepared to deal with emergencies and helping them withstand potential emergencies is a fundamental part of ensuring London as a whole is resilient to threats. We want to help them prepare better.
